Who we are
We hold our own technical data for every part we supply, we manufacture to aviation standards, and we take responsibility for the machine going back on line on the planned date.

Blades, diaphragms, rotors and seals; repair and refurbishment; overhaul services for industrial and utility steam turbines of all makes.
Turbine Repair and Refurbishment
Our workshop: combustion, hot gas path, compressor and steam-path components of any origin restored to aviation standard.

Combustion, hot gas path and major inspections; inspection services; field crews and tooling; long-term service agreements.
Compressors
Rotors, impellers, blading, bearings, valves and packing for centrifugal, axial, integrally geared, reciprocating and screw compressors; repair and overhaul.

Why UNEW Industries
Our own technical data
Every part we supply is manufactured to UNEW drawings and datasheets under a UNEW part number. Parts not yet in our library are reverse engineered from a used sample. Plants are not tied to one maker, and not obliged to buy a full set to replace one component.
Aviation standard
Parts are manufactured, repaired and coated on the same equipment and to the same procedures as aircraft engine components, and meet or exceed the original specification.
One supplier, one contract
The parts, the refurbishment and the outage come from one company, so one team is accountable for the result.
Fixed lead times and inventory
A spare set is held for every model we support under a service agreement, so the unit is not waiting for parts.

UNEW Industries operates an ISO 9001 quality management system. Every part is traceable by serial number from raw material to delivery, and every delivery carries a certificate of conformance and the material, dimensional, NDE and coating records.
