We supply the complete parts scope for compounding extruders and the pelletizer heads attached to them — one machine, one supplier. New manufacture, refurbishment and regrind, delivered item by item, as a matched assembly, or as a complete extruder and pelletizer package with interface dimensions coordinated across the whole line.

Materials are matched to the compound: nitrided or bimetallic bores, PM tool-steel and carbide-clad elements for filled and glass-reinforced PP, corrosion-resistant alloys for flame-retardant PPE.

No drawings required. We work from our own manufacturing records and by reverse engineering.
Most worn capital parts are restored to original geometry and clearance at a fraction of the cost of new — extruder and pelletizer head alike.
Inspection — dimensions, hardness and crack detection against original geometry.
Condition report — measured wear against service limits; rebuild, replace or run on.
Cleaning — polymer removal, cooling bore and channel cleaning, circuit pressure test.
Rebuild — flight and crest overlay, barrel reboring and relining, die face resurfacing and re-nozzling, knife regrind, spline and journal repair, shaft straightening.
Surface treatment — re-nitriding, hardfacing or coating; alloy upgrade where the original under-performed.
Final inspection — dimensional and hardness verification, matched-set assembly, running clearance check.
Parts rebuilt with an upgraded wear material routinely outlast the original.
We hold the technical information needed to produce parts for the platforms above. Where a part is obsolete, undocumented or from an out-of-production machine, we reverse engineer it from the worn part — dimensional capture, material and hardness analysis, and a manufacturing drawing package that becomes the permanent record for repeat supply of the whole extruder and pelletizer assembly.
Every part is delivered with material certificates, hardness and dimensional inspection records, and, for matched sets, an assembly and running clearance check. Manufacturing is carried out at ISO 9001 certified facilities.
